Nanoz has developed a gas sensor for an Ozone sensor IOT, our ambition is to become an innovative leader in MOx and Opto sensors with a range of innovative patented products based on breakthrough technologies. We focus on pre-manufacturing and developing a range of innovative gas sensors. We have developed a global patent for selective gas detection sensors (MOx on Silicon).
Since 2012, CNRS/IM2NP researchers and Nanoz teams have been collaborating to make a cost-effective gas sensor for widespread use that is accurate, does not consume much energy and is compact enough to be easily interfaced with industrial processes, health and safety, and environmental systems with and without wireless or other communication interfaces.
The advantages of metal oxide semiconductor sensors are that they are highly sensitivity, are tolerant of humidity and temperature, last a long time and have relatively low manufacturing costs. The detection range (PPB Levels) of our sensor is 4 times greater than other sensors, despite being one of the smallest models on the market (only 1.15 mm long, 1.15 mm wide and 0.45 mm deep). It only consumes a tenth of the energy compared to its counterparts. We also ensure that our sensors can be selective. Our gas sensor can measure the target gas concentration among a mix of other gases; a selective sensor will give you the exact target gas concentration no matter what other gases are in the area.
